BAO - LONDON

It is the weekend! 
And after a good queuing up session, we made it into BAO. 





Since there was not much on the menu, we wanted to try it all...  :)  ... but these little portions of delight were surprisingly quite filling so we only managed to try most of the savoury ones and kept the Fried Horlicks Ice Cream Bao for next time!

Guinea Fowl Chi Shiang Rice 

We also tried the Eryngil mushroom, Century Egg - very yummy mushroom!
The 40 Day Rump Cap, Aged White Soy Sauce - amazingly well marinated and melts in your mouth!
Sweet Potato Chips, Plum pickle salt - More like a tempura and would be best with some spicy mayo :) 

Everything we had was very delicious and we will definitely be back for more! 
(once the queuing calms down a bit :p )
